My second Amigurumi bear!!

I've made my second Amigurumi bear!! The face is better than the first one and the muzzle, but the leg and arm on the left of the photo are bigger than his other arm and leg, lol... more practice needed I think. I'm enjoying making them... I must learn to sew them up better as well.

An Amigurumi bear!!!

I mentioned in the post below about buying Let’s Get Crafting Crochet magazine. I saw that there were lots of little Amigurumi animals crocheted. I didn’t fancy any of those – they looked too difficult for me really, but I found this fab little bear online at Learn to Crochet. If you click on that link you’ll find the written instructions, but also there are video links as well. You can see how the stitches are made and how to make the bear. So…. here is my first ever bear, lol.

A bear is born…

I can’t believe how easy he was to make!! I know he’s far from perfect, but he’s a cute little character. Watch this space for more!!

And here he is later on in the day with his sun hat on smelling the roses.
